The CLIENT is not allowed in any way to copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the owner of such.
Promotion of illegal activities (info on hacking, cracking, making illegal devices, etc) is not allowed.
Information, instructions, or software containing or about any kind of virus are not allowed.
Use of web space as storage for the purpose of loading remotely (offering downloads) are not allowed.
Scripts or systems that cause server performance to decrease are not allowed.
Collection of personal information for illegal purposes is not allowed.
In Personal Ads, Blogs, Forums, Social Sites, Informational Sites, Hosted by the Company, the Company DOES NOT assume any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any material including graphical images published by the CLIENT or USER, and the Company DOES NOT share support or stand behind any views or comments published on any such site.
The CLIENT or USER are not allowed to include any contact information or identifying content of himself or any other person(s).
Webspace or sites ordered through the COMPANY may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of Spam, flames, or mail bombs. Your webspace or domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. Selling or promoting bulk email services is not allowed.
The COMPANY expressly forbids anyone from using webspace for the hosting of .exe, .cmd, .bat, .avi, .mp3, .wav, .asf, .wmf, .wmv, .wmp, and .wma files. Or compressed files, which include but are not limited to: rar, .ace, .lzh, .zip, and .arj.
Multiple site hosting are not allowed.
The COMPANY prohibits all scripts that automatically update a links listing and are submitted to by automated programs, either by design or by use.
It is a violation of these Terms for the CLIENT to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, and/or electronic checks. A determination of such misuse or fraudulent use shall be in the COMPANY's sole discretion.
Content that links to content that violates the COMPANY's Terms of Service are not allowed.
Regarding Domain Names.
Until the CLIENT receives confirmation of registration from the COMPANY there is no guarantee that the domain name requested will be registered.
The CLIENT agrees that all details submitted in respect of a domain name registration are true and correct.
The CLIENT makes certain to the COMPANY that the registration of a domain name and the way in which it is used (directly or indirectly) does not infringe the legal rights of any third party.
The COMPANY does not accept any responsibility for the use of registered domain names especially where there may be conflict over rights to ownership.
The registrant indemnifies the COMPANY from any legal proceedings and costs that arise as a result of the registration of a domain name.
If the CLIENT wishes to cancel his Website,
Made or not made by the COMPANY but hosted by the COMPANY, and or Website made by the COMPANY but not hosted by the COMPANY, Maintenance Agreement(s), Domain Name(s),
The COMPANY has to be notified, no less then ninety (90) days in advance, of the full twelve (12) months period expire date.
The COMPANY in writing will then confirm the Cancellation.
The CLIENT agrees that he shall defend, indemnify, save and hold the COMPANY harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including attorney's fees asserted against the COMPANY, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product or service free to use or sold, or to be sold to the CLIENT.
The COMPANY is under no obligation to the CLIENT for any reimbursement after agreement has been made or the COMPANY has received order or registration.
In the event of server(s) being down or unavailable in consequence of upgrade, service, fire, war, terrorism, strike or other labor force problems, force majeure, the COMPANY are under no obligation to the CLIENT for any reimbursement, the COMPANY reserve the right to change server(s) and or name.
The CLIENT agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the COMPANY against liabilities arising out of any, including but not limited to, physical and emotional damages or any kind of injury to person(s) or property caused by any product or service sold/used or otherwise distributed by the COMPANY.
All goods are sold "as is", all shipping at CLIENT's sole risk.
The COMPANY assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the CLIENT's use of any of the COMPANY's service(s).
In no event shall the COMPANY be liable to the CLIENT for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of the CLIENT buying or using any goods or service or advertise or have his site made or hosted by or through The COMPANY.
The COMPANY's websites and it's contents are provided "as is", we reserve the right to change and expand our sites at any time without any notice or liabilities.
Any violation by the CLIENT, of these terms, can result in immediate deactivation of service(s).
The COMPANY reserves the right to determine what violates this terms and conditions.
The COMPANY reserves the right to adjust these terms and conditions of service at any time.
